Over the last year the Kayaking has been slow to none due to Flic starting University and myself having some big work commitments that have seen me away for 3 months of this year. Well here we are back on a Eurotrip FINALY.. We arrived in Augsburg early on Wednesday morning (3am) after a really bad trip down from Calais. For some reason every autobahn we tried to drive down they closed it.. This upset me greatly.. Having arrived and setup camp sleep was next on the agenda.

We started paddling the feature on the Wednesday after some food and shopping, the feature seemed a little friendlier than I remembered with it having a wider V than last time I was here.

When it came to competition time unfortunately neither myself or Flic did very well probably due to the fact we have not boated competitively for the last year. Oh well. The top guys and girls were really on form with the European and US guys battle for the top slots the loops and moves were big VERY BIG.... Unfortunately only Lee Pike and James Weir managed to make finals with Flea missing out by 3 points.

The weather over the week has been rather strange one minute it's raining hard next the sun is shining (Sorry that is why the pictures are not my best). Were are now at Jame's house up in the Swiss mountain relaxing before we head down to Thun..
